Il faut surtout un processus r\u00e9p\u00e9table et quelques d\u00e9cisions claires d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Il est termin\u00e9 quand on a trait\u00e9 les \u00e9carts. Les plus fr\u00e9quents :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Trouv\u00e9 mais absent de la liste :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ajouter, \u00e9tiqueter, assigner un responsable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pr\u00e9sent sur la liste mais introuvable :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> v\u00e9rifier les mouvements r\u00e9cents, r\u00e9parations, stock, sites externes ; puis escalader si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Doublons :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fusionner, retirer les enregistrements en trop.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mauvaise localisation\/responsable :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> corriger et renforcer le processus de transfert.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udca1 Astuce : consid\u00e9rez les \u00e9carts comme un retour sur vos process.
